Whenever I am asked what I’m after in my professional life, I tell people it is all about creating & delivering a difference — a difference in customer experience, innovation, people management, controlled expansion & scaling up of the business. 

 

From my career beginnings in Europe, through my last 11 years’ experience in Asia (India, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, Singapore) to my current role, I’ve really had the chance to gain in-depth first-hand experience in all of these.

I genuinely believe the best way to build a winning team, grow the business, and innovate your product delivery methods is to learn from your past experience, market trends, and understanding of customer needs.

 

Over the years, I have literally hired more than 5,000 people and launched new solutions & products like “Buy now pay later”, “Virtual credit line” for millions of customers while building new businesses in Southeast Asia region.

 

We brought innovations and payment possibilities to countries without pretty much any banking ecosystem. We empower customers to pay in a financially sustainable way in situations where they wouldn’t be able to. We created an environment in which everyone wins; shoppers, retailers, and society.
